In 2004, Jtron becomes Keysight's service provider for the semiconductor and LCD display test systems. Service areas include Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, and Korea.
Jtron continues to provide services for Keysight's parametric (WAT) test systems presently. Service items include system installation, deinstallation, test environment setup, calibration, on-site service, workstation upgrade, system maintenance, system integration, and troubleshooting.
Serviced systems: 4062 series, 4070 series, 4080 series, HP workstation (UNIX, Linux) etc.
